The "Torch Lake Family Cottage" is a cross between Americana and a Frank Lloyd Wright style home with beautiful redwood siding and decks. This Summer Home sleeps up to (8) eight guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms but can accommodate a possible, (2) two more on a very comfortable and usually fought-over, pull out bed couch that's located on
the screened-in porch to put your total at (10) ten guests if necessary.
There are also two full baths, one with a shower and one with a large bathtub and all beds can sleep two people.
This property, with its huge, green lawns and beautiful landscaping is located just three miles north of the Torch River Bridge, on the South West Side of this 19 mile long lake, in a private area with no highways nearby.
It sits on a quiet and spacious 150' of pristine
Torch Lake frontage and this home is always nice and Clean and
does not have that "Old Cottage" kind of smell you will find at other rentals.
This single level property offers a swim dock, mooring buoys for those who bring boats and jet skis, a 6,000 lb. capacity Boat Hoist, a Brand New USTA Regulation Tennis Court, fresh water swimming, great snorkeling, a large kitchen, dining and living room area with plenty of counter space and a great view from every room. We also have a Weber Grill AND a Gas Grill, toys for the water, a fire-pit on the small beach, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and the best location on the lake for boat access to the closest lakeside restaurants in Alden, "The Dockside Restaurant" on the Clam River, and the many tributaries and various nature preserves found along the Torch, Clam and Grass Rivers for Day Trips by car and or by boat.
The World Famous SAND BAR is far enough away that you cannot see or hear it but close enough to get there on a four mile boat or car ride.
Several different marinas on Torch Lake offer Pontoon or Boat Rentals,

AND
we have a canoe for shoreline jaunts when the lake is still and a variety of beach and lawn toys for the kids.
This stately property is affordable, always found completely clean, very comfortable and it is a great location for sunrises, moon rises, weather and boat watching and with no light pollution the star gazing is absolutely amazing.
