Good Harbor Guest House
Open Floor Plan - Clean and Rustic Outside - Clean and Modern Inside:
Five miles south of Leland, tucked in the woods across the street
from the Good Harbor Bay of Lake Michigan is where you'll find the
Good Harbor Guest House, a recently remodeled and always clean,
log cabin style home equipped with many modern amenities.
This 1,000 Square Foot Home has a large and open feel to it with vaulted ceilings, a solid wood, post and beam structure and pleasant views out of our many windows. There's a queen bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 twin beds in our cozy Loft Room upstairs and though this Guest House can comfortably sleep up to four adults.
This Guest House is usually available year 'round, it can be rented on a one week minimum basis, and even though our peak summer months and the fall color season dates are the most popular, we continue getting renters right through the winter where this becomes a perfect location for recreational enthusiasts, writers, artists, house hunters and even staff from our local Munson Hospital who only need a couple months to do their internships.
( This Property is about a Half Hour Drive from Traverse City )

The Good Harbor Guest House is a great place to relax or get inspired!
The house has one full bathroom with a big bathtub / shower, two sinks, (one with a vanity in bedroom), an outdoor shower, multi-room stereo speakers and plenty of hot/cold, clean running water.
There's Wi-Fi for streaming, a great stereo and receiver with a five disc CD player. We have 2 TV's that can play DVD's and a great sounding piano. Besides many interesting books, we have the usual board games but no cable television.
The Great Outdoors provides a "Hundred Acre Woods" right out the back door with miles of hiking paths (or snowshoeing in the winter) and plenty of kindling wood for starting campfires outside.
