The Good Harbor Golf & Beach Condo is a ground level studio unit right on the 18th tee of "The Old Course Golf Course" providing for fun entertainment and great convenience if you are a golfer or even if just visiting the area. For the beachcomber or walker, the Good Harbor Bay Beach is just two miles away. While there is only a small kitchenette here, there is everything you will need for cooking simple meals as the unit is fully furnished. An east facing porch is perfect for morning coffee and the west facing deck is great for soaking in the rays or watching the sunsets. The over-sized bathroom includes a two person Jacuzzi, large vanity with lots of storage and a separate shower. Cable Television and Wi-Fi are included along with great cell phone reception.

Peak Season Summer Rates:
Our Peak Summer Season usually runs from The last week in June to the first week of September and during this period his property requires a one week minimum stay during this summer's peak season of June 30 - Labor Day at $1500/Week.
Saturday through Saturday stays are not required and additional nights beyond a week can be prorated. So, even though we have a One Week Minimum you can show up on Tuesday and Leave On a Tuesday. Or you can Show Up on a Saturday and stay Ten Days. Just come when you can come and stay as long as you can depending on what we have available.
For Summer Guests, Bring Your Own Linens and towels for a helpful $ 50 Discount!
Non-Peak Season Rates:
Our Fall, Winter and Spring Season usually runs from the first week of September through the last week in June and during this period the Golf Condo can be rented out as follows:
"Full Weekly Rate at 7 nights for 2 Adults" $ 1200 per week
"The Weekender" or Any 2 to 3 nights" $ 525 total
(3 Night Minimum Stay)
"Monthly Rate" (3 months minimum) $ 1,500 per Month
These rates include all Furnishings, Utilities, Cable Television, WI-Fi, (Snow Plowing when necessary) and Garbage Removal.
This Condominium Unit Does Not Have a Dishwasher or Laundry Machines.
